My name is Erin Hentig. My husband, myself, and our two boys moved to Hastings in 2019. Baking is not my profession, however, it has been a life long passion and slight obsession of mine. My grandma and my mom were huge inspirations in my baking, as well as, my drive to peruse my passions. I worked in the field of disability services for over 20 years and absolutely loved it. However, life threw me a bunch of lemons when health issues changed things for me. So when life throws you lemons, you make lemon squares! I have always loved to share my baking with others, so why not sell my homemade goodies. I am using a variety of new recipes, plus those that are tried and true from my husband’s side of the family, and generations of bakers from the families of my mom and dad.

My home bakery has passed the Ministry of Health’s Home Inspection (05.03.23), as well as, have obtained Safe Food Handler Training Certification (01.27.23).
